Seminar on Do Parties Really Want Evaluative or Facilitative Mediation?

Oct 2018

An increasing theme in mediations seems to be parties thinking that at the end of the process, if there is no agreement, then the mediator will give a view on the dispute. Is that because of unclear advice before the mediation, a misunderstanding of what is mediation or do the parties really want this type of mediation? This event will look at these issues and engage with practitioners present to see if there is a problem or an opportunity here.
