Congratulations to 26 HKMC members who are included into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Mediator Panel 2024

The legal departments of Guangdong Province, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) and the Macao SAR officially released the consolidated Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) Mediator Panel 2024 on 30 December 2024. The consolidated panel comprises of 146 mediators from Hong Kong, Guangdong and Macao, with 26 mediators being members of Hong Kong Mediation Centre (HKMC).

We extend our warm congratulations to all our members who have been included into the Panel. We look forward to jointly promoting a wider use of mediation in the GBA, and further enhancing the multifaceted dispute resolution mechanism in the GBA.
