The objective of the workshop is to equip the participants with personality assessment knowledge and skills to strengthen the understanding of dispute parties in mediation. Case illustrations, demonstration and exercises are designed to help them understand how personality assessment is important, and how it supports mediator to know their dispute parties in-depth.
